REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We strongly encourage you to read our size guide (found in the description of product page) before purchasing. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will gladly offer a refund. Please note that we may require photographic proof of the damage.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will be shipped out as indicated on the product page title AND description (Please note that shipping times may vary due to potential delays). Full payment will be processed at the time of purchase. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to potential delays. You will receive an email of your tracking information once your order is ready for shipment. RP THE LABEL is not liable for any missing or stolen packages. If your carrier says your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please make sure to contact your shipping carrier to file a claim.
